Speaker / Author / Entrepreneur / Artist / Mother
Jen Leone is a speaker, author, entrepreneur and mother who brings raw truth, emotional depth, and lived experience to every stage. With a background marked by profound personal loss—her brother was murdered and her sister died by suicide—she doesn’t speak at students, she meets them where they are.
Through storytelling that is both vulnerable and deeply empowering, she invites audiences to examine the power of choice, the ripple effects of unaddressed emotions, and what it means to take full ownership of one’s life—starting right now. Her message resonates deeply with middle and high school students because it doesn’t feel like a lecture. It feels like someone finally telling the truth.
Jen is a brand strategist and nationally recognized entrepreneur. She is currently releasing her debut book, Stay Awake, which chronicles her family’s story and the sacred, messy process of turning trauma and grief into gold.

“I’ve never seen a presenter command an audience like she did. It would be a disservice not to have this at your school.”

“Jen’s ability to connect with high school students from diverse backgrounds, including those from the affluent suburbs to those from impoverished, violent areas, is remarkable.”
